Resolve support cases with proof.
Keep every message human.

Bring shared email and Intercom into one workspace. Self-hosted customer operations use current knowledge and account history to prepare a cited draft and show what needs review before a teammate sends it.

From customer question to reviewed answer

Follow the same evidence from intake through investigation, review, and the final human action.

  1. Bring the conversation together

Shared email and Intercom connect the customer, Account, conversation, and case.

  2. Investigate current evidence

The crew uses approved knowledge, scoped memory, Account history, and read-only public sources.

  3. See what needs attention

Material claims show whether evidence is supported, stale, conflicting, uncertain, or refused.

    Evidence check

    • Supported facts stay cited beside the draft
    • Stale guidance is visible before review
    • Uncertain claims stay qualified
  4. Edit and send as yourself

A signed-in teammate owns the final wording. NavishAI records the exact message, channel, and actor.

Know why an outcome happened

Trace the customer evidence, draft changes, reviewer decisions, and final human action behind every result.

  • Recommendation tied to Account evidence
  • Manager decision stays attributable
  • Observed outcome is not presented as cause

Human-owned retention work

Turn recurring support evidence into an intervention your team can approve, complete, abandon, and later review against observed outcomes.

AI prepares the work. Your team owns the answer.

Human-controlled communication Review the evidence, change the wording, and deliberately send the final message yourself.

Run customer operations on infrastructure you control

Keep customer records, evidence, and operational history with the team responsible for them.

Keep customer data close

Self-hosted workspaces send no outbound product telemetry by default. Records stay local unless an operator uses an approved integration.

Operate the workflows you depend on

Docker Compose and native Linux deployments are supported. A role-gated reliability view keeps connector, execution, delivery, indexing, archive, and recovery state in one place.

Questions before you use NavishAI

Direct answers about customer communication, existing tools, and self-hosted operation.

Who sends a customer message?

Only a signed-in teammate who reviews the current draft and deliberately presses Send. Automated work cannot schedule or trigger that message later.

Does NavishAI replace Intercom?

No. NavishAI can work beside Intercom and shared email, adding investigation, evidence, Account context, review, and an attributable final action.

How does a cited draft handle weak evidence?

Material claims can be supported, stale, conflicting, uncertain, or refused. Missing or unreliable evidence stays visible during review instead of being presented as fact.

What happens if memory or a model is unavailable?

NavishAI shows the degraded state and keeps core case work available. It does not silently switch customer data to a managed memory service.

Where do model credentials stay?

Subscription credentials stay on the customer-controlled execution host. NavishAI does not import, display, or store those login tokens.

Can we use our own health scorecard?

Yes. Teams can propose, preview, backtest, publish, version, and roll back a scorecard while keeping generated analysis separate.

Is there a hosted trial or a compliance certification?

No. This page does not offer a hosted trial or managed plan, and NavishAI does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or any other certification.
